I ain't really into providing a ton of details about buying this software. Why are you asking so many questions?

EVERY SINGLE STEP WAS CLEARLY LAID OUT IN DETAIL. I really appreciated how easy it was to follow along.

I wasn't thrilled about the additional cost for software protection. Sharing all this info isn't my favorite thing. Honestly, I wish I could get a DVD that I could download forever, 'cause that's what I'm actually paying for.

For several years now, I've been buying IMSI products and overall, I've been quite happy with their quality.

I got two different programs and the downloads went smoothly. The software is just right.

Everything was fantastic! I had a really good time shopping.

One of my biggest gripes is that I couldn't use a Visa Gift Card to cover part of the cost. Instead, I had to pull out my personal debit card for the whole amount. It was confusing when I thought I had completed the payment, but the next screen still said Buy Now, and at a higher price too. The earlier review doesn’t apply anymore. I've been having nothing but TROUBLE TRYING TO PURCHASE AND DOWNLOAD THIS SOFTWARE. Now, I’m stuck waiting another 6 hours for customer support to open up so I can get some assistance. I’ve bought and used this program in the past—about 7 years back—and I absolutely LOVED IT. The thing is, back then, I got the physical disc and set it up myself. This time around, getting the digital version has been a real hassle. I swear, I won’t be doing this again!

I hadn't heard of SoftwareCW until recently, but after doing some digging, I discovered they’re a trustworthy outfit. I ran into some issues while trying to download the software, but one of their tech support folks sent me a link to the download page, and now everything's running smoothly.

I bought the Architect program from Software CW three days back, and I still haven't received it.

The item I got was all caked in dried mud; looked like it had been tossed into a mud puddle and left to dry before being shipped out. I have a feeling they source their products from suppliers offloading unsellable goods, and SCW just flips them to clueless buyers. I’m done buying from them for good.

My Microsoft Office Home and Business 2013 showed up right on schedule and matched the description perfectly. I appreciated the detailed product overview; it was well-organized and helped me easily check that my computer specs were up to snuff for the software.

This business was quick to respond, provided amazing prices, and shipped quicker than I thought possible to the far end of the globe. Wow, great job, team! Kudos!

I ended up ordering the incorrect item, but returning it was a breeze—super easy and speedy. The initial delivery was also prompt. I’ll surely come back for my software needs down the line.

I mistakenly got the 2015 software and figured it out only after I opened the box and took off the security seal. They gave me my cash back without any trouble.

I got TurboTax on a physical disk for a pretty sweet deal. The delivery was super fast. But, bummer, I didn’t catch until I opened the package that it was last year’s version. When I checked back on the order page, that’s when I really saw it said 2015 instead of the 2016 version I was after.

Totally my fault; I should’ve paid more attention to the description. To be fair, tax prep is always for the year before, and I probably thought, '2016 means 2015 is the right one,' and just went with it. Since I opened the package, I can’t return it, so I’m chalking it up to experience. A big banner saying 'PREVIOUS YEARS' or something similar would’ve been a nice touch, though.

They did deliver exactly what I ordered in no time. Just double-check you’re getting what you really need!
